If you would like to become a permanent or temporary volunteer, we would love
to have your help!
We never turn down a donation, we never turn down a helping hand.
If you have a specific need that you would like to work on after viewing our
current program list or if you have a unique idea that you think will benefit
the community, welcome aboard!

with the following information in the email:
- Your full name
- Your address
- A phone number where we can reach you
- The mission, if any, that you are most dedicated to
- The available schedule you would have to work on a project (we give as much
notice as possible on upcoming products)
There is no membership fee to join. We do not require any money for any
project.
As a matter of fact, we always prefer adding a new member to our
"Helping Hands" volunteer staff to any monetary donation!

We try to fit specific requests. For example, if you have 2 children in your
family and they are both girls, we will try to match you up with another
family that would fit with your lifestyle and members of your family.
Additionally, we try to find a family that is close to you, whenever
possible, to create more unity in the community.
You may choose to remain anonymous and simply offer material donations or
monetary donations.
One of the best opportunities for sponsoring a family is during the
holidays. Providing a holiday meal or a gift card to a grocery store
for the family to purchase their own holiday meal is especially helpful
around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sponsors can also supply birthday
presents and/or Christmas presents for the family, however, NOTHING more than
what you are able to give is expected or required.
Every little bit helps!
Sponsoring a family is an easy way to give back to your community by helping
others, creating unity, and giving the children of that family the chance to
thrive.

If you would like
to donate goods, including clothing, toys, or other non-perishable items,
please contact us about a scheduled drop off time. If you would like to
donate money, we would be happy to give you a receipt showing the amount of
your donation. Please see below: "Monetary Support" for more
information.
We do offer neighborhood pickups on occasion - contact us at: mydonation@iwant2help.us
to find out when we will be in your area.
If you have gently used furniture or other large items, we will arrange for a
pickup of the item. Please contact us and if possible include a photograph
and/or basic measurements of the item so that we can arrange the proper
vehicle and volunteer group needed to pickup the item.
We are constantly looking for donations from stores, either locally or
nationally owned, to make donations to our organization.
If you would like to be a part of a specific mission or have an idea for
helping others, let us know!
Please note: If you are donating food, we ask that they are canned items
only. Diapers and other grocery items that are non-perishable are always
welcome!
